Right to publish

• to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, store and sell the article in all forms, formats and media whether now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation in print, digital and electronic form) throughout the world;
• the exclusive right to reproduce, and/or distribute the article throughout the world in printed, electronic or any other medium;
• to be the first publisher of the article in print form. After first publication in print, the publisher will have an ongoing but non-exclusive licence to publish and republish the article in print form in <> and to publish the article in print anthologies derived from <>;
