Protection of Moral Rights
Introduction
Although moral rights of authors - including the right to be identified as the author of the work are enshrined in many jurisdictions, the existence of the rights cannot be assumed and authors may make a specific request that they be included in any publishing agreement. There should be no problem for the publisher in agreeing such a request.
