Reuse in future publications and other projects
Right to translate
The author licences/transfers to the publisher the right to:
- the exclusive und unlimited right to translate (or authorize others to translate) the article wholly or in part throughout the world during the full term of copyright including renewals and extensions and all subsidiary rights;
- to translate the article into other languages;
Right to make derivative works
The author licences/transfers to the publisher the right to:
- to translate the article into other languages, create adaptations, or other derivative works based on the article and exercise all of the rights set forth in such translations, adaptations, summaries, extracts and derivative works;
- to create teaching supplements;
- to create anthologies, summaries or extracts of the article;
Republish
Changing the appearance of the article
The author licences/transfers to the publisher the right:
- to republish articles in alternate formats and editions;
Sublicensing to others to republish all or part
The author licences/transfers to the publisher the right to:
- Negotiate agreements with secondary publishers and other third parties to further the dissemination of the published information;
