Introduction
More and more, statements of funding organisations include comments about enhancing access to research publications, especially when such works are financed by public resources. It is often their priority to ensure the availability and accessibility of output of research funded by them.
Those funding organisation insist on specific addenda to insert in publishing agreements which make it possible that the research output is widely distributed. Some of the recommendations by important funding organisations or councils are inserted in this section.
