Provisions
To be named as author on the work
- the author asserts his/her moral rights to be identified as the author and the publisher promises that he will respect the author's rights. That is, the publisher will make sure that the author's name is always clearly associated with the article and, while the author does allow the publisher to make necessary editorial changes, the publisher will not make any substantial alternation to the author's article without consulting the author. When the article is accepted, the publisher undertakes to publish as soon as the publisher reasonably can;
- this agreement does not affect moral rights in or to the work;
- the author retains his/her moral rights in the article including the right to be identified as the author whenever and wherever the article is published, under the terms of the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988;
